Warm Shoulders: Sunday Sessions

Similar to the Friday night class, we'll be tending to our winter- and work-battered shoulders in a four-week online hatha yoga series, with extra time for savasana and/or meditation. We'll gently thaw tension in the neck and shoulders while strengthening the upper back. You're welcome to drop in for one class or attend them all! Please contact me for the Zoom link, and I recommend having a yoga mat, a blanket, and whatever props support your practice (blocks and a strap are great, but if you don't have them, no worries). By donation. 75 minutes. No class Memorial Day weekend.
